Lazy sunday afternoon.
R is seen sitting in Cafe Coffee day with his smartphone, laptop and a plate of half eaten brownie in front of him. He has an apple earphone plugged into his ears and his head every now and then shakes horizontally and vertically as if to beat. Of course, it is Pink Flyod that he is listening to but our own maanguyiley poonguyiley also plays in between because of the random playlist. And every now and then he looks at his newly purchased blue plus green colour hi fi fast-track watch (which for a random fashion, he wears on his right hand) as if he has been expecting some one for a long time. Looking at him a bit closer, we realize that his hair-do (hair cut ) appears new too. It kind of stands up vertically and has this slight glow to it. One cannot say if it is because he woke up late today and didn't care to take bath (sunday ya!) or woke up early and went to a salon and paid thousand bucks to get this in perfect shape as the style specialist (barber) wished. Zooming further down, we see him sporting Wood land shoes as well. 'A gentleman is judged by his shoes' - he remembers a quote from a tenth standard english textbook story (The umbrella man). And so he has taken great pains to borrow the shoes for that 'special' day from his friend H whom he considers as the only gentleman in the room where he stayed. (Well, H is a IIM aspirant and naturally fell into the gentleman category. Of course his nose slightly resembled that of actor arjun and all the more reason for R to come to the conclusion. Anyway, we are digressing).
Suddenly, a voice is heard as someone opens the door and enters in.
"Machi!!!"
R: "dei...enda late??.. padam mudinju one hour aayidichey da?"
Gin: "Padathula kadaisi scene la herokkum villain kum mount road la bayangaramana car chase... orey traffic jam... adhaan late aayidichu"
R: "thala ezhuthu... nalla vela ... avanga innum varala"
Gin: "adhu seri... unnakku oru puzzle kekkaren... badhil sollu"
R: "ippo naan mood la illa..avanga vara time vera aayidichu"
Gin: "Aamir khan-a chinna kuzhandhaya irukum podhu ennannu kooptaanga?"
R: "ayyo... theriyadhu"
Gin: "baby-khan nu kooptaanga... ha ha...seri vera oru puzzle kekkaren"
R: "ayyoo"
Gin: "ramar srilanka ku paalam kattum podhu kurangellam ovvoru kalla sumandhuttu pochaam... appo hanumar enna paatu paadinaar sollu paapom?"
R: "sathiyama theriyadhu ..."
Gin: "just another brick in the vaal nu paadinaaru ..ha ha ha...seri... romba pasikudhu machi... rendu bun order pannikaren" (orders something)
R: "dei... edhuvum sodhappa koodadhu da..."
Gin: "bun saapidaradhula ennada sodhapparadhukku irukku"
R: "ayyo naan plan-a sonnen"
Gin: "oh adhuva... adhelaam epdi da sodhappum? naan dhaan iruken illa"
R:" adhaanaala dhaan da enakku bayama irukku"
Gin: "machi...life is after all a journey from woodwards to haywards .. idhula bayapada enna irukku?"

Gin: "why da?"

Gin: "rendumey da!"

R: "oh, lovely"

R: "enna sonna?"
Gin:"Vodka"

Half a minute of silence prevails.
Gin: "enna machi...laptop open panni vechirukka? facebook a?"
R: "aamam da.."

R: "ippo edhukku da idha sonna?"
Gin: "summa thonichu"

Gin: "ok"

Gin:"enna koduma saar"

R : "dei! "

Gin: "sorry, thu-pathi-aur-woh ku naduvula naan edhukkunnu nenachi..."

Gin: "ennaikku dhaan illa?"

Gin: "excellent !"
R: "delhi school la eleventh standard holidays aam... gundanukku break up aayidichaam... adha naala break edukka akka oda time spend panna vandhirukaan"
Gin : "aaha aaha... ivanallavaa payyan... ivana dhaan da naan edhir paarthen"
At this point, P, S, JuJu and Kitty enter into the shop. R gets up suddenly and welcomes them.
JuJu (shouts): "hey Kitty dood... don't bark da... wait..will ask this uncle to take you out... (turns to Gin) excuse me..if you don't mind, can you help kitty get some food ... it's in the car...am too tired...bangalore traffic sucks man"
R: (to Gin) : "please da... kitty a veliya koopttutu po da.. kitty kadikaadhu da... don't worry"
P: (to Gin) :"Hey JuJu, nee panna maatiya idhelaam... ? why are you asking him, lazy fellow??"
S (to Gin) : "hey Gin, am S... remember?? (blushes)....annaikku you left the beach all of a sudden... we were all disappointed... ok come, let's go and get Kitty some food... (turns to P) .. P, i'll accompany Gin (smiles wide)...come come... u lovely little one...kitty kitty... (smiles again)"
Gin (thinks to himself) : "verrry good... aaarambamey ipdi irukkey... innum indha trip la ennavellamo nadakka pogudho... aanadava...ellam un seyal.. "
